Before Security
You’ll find Caffè Ritazza before security on the ground floor of the terminal between International Arrivals and Check-in Hall B.

Choose from a wide drinks selection that include specialist coffees, tea and hot chocolate, and chilled soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are also available too. And save your appetite for fresh baguettes, hot sandwiches and snacks. Maybe even leave space for a buttery pastry or sweet muffin.

Are the airport lounges child friendly?
Only the 1432 Runway Club is for adults only. Supervised children are welcome in one of our lounges as per the below, but bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over. Infants are permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge only. Children (over 3) are also permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge. The 1432 Runway Club is strictly for persons 16 years and older.
How do I edit my car registration number for my parking booking?
As long as your booking is still in the future (minimum of 24 hours before arrival), you can edit your car park booking personal and vehicle details (including registration number) on the Manage my booking page. If arriving within 24 hours, please proceed to the Airport as normal and upon arrival at the entry barrier, please press the help button and quote your booking reference number. The friendly car park team will be able to assist.
How long can I stay in the airport lounges?
Customers may enter the lounges up to 3 hours before your scheduled flight time. You can remain in the lounge for 2.5 hours, you are required to vacate the lounge 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time, or when your flight is announced as boarding. If you wish to remain in the lounge after this period, please speak to the lounge hosts. They may be able to accommodate you, subject to availability and a small charge.
When should I arrive at the airport?
Please allow sufficient time to arrive at the airport to check in and be processed through security. We recommend 2-3 hours for this. Please also note that security screening closes in line with the scheduled departure time.
Are night flights allowed?
Yes, LBA has been operating flights 24 hours a day since planning permission was granted in 1994.
Where can I find drinking water?
You will find a water fountain after security, on the ground floor of departures towards the smoking area. Please bring a refillable bottle through security or purchase a water bottle from one of the airport shops to use this facility.
As a person with a disability, is there any way I can experience an aircraft cabin before booking my flight?
Try b4u Fly based at the William Merritt Centre in Leeds have an Aircraft fuselage where you can experience an airline cabin environment and try equipment that helps you transfer and board the aircraft.
Are there any height or width restrictions?
All car parks have a width restriction through the entry barrier of 2.4m, except our Premium Short Stay car park which is 2.5m. We have a height restriction of 1.9m in our Pick Up and Drop Off zone, if you have a vehicle larger than 1.9m, please use the left hand Bus/Coach lane. Short Stay, Meet & Greet, Mid Stay and Long Stay car parks do not have a height restriction.
