You’ll find Caffè Ritazza before security on the ground floor of the terminal between International Arrivals and Check-in Hall B.

Choose from a wide drinks selection that include specialist coffees, tea and hot chocolate, and chilled soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are also available too. And save your appetite for fresh baguettes, hot sandwiches and snacks. Maybe even leave space for a buttery pastry or sweet muffin.

Can I turn up and park?

Turn up parking is available at our Long Stay, Mid Stay, Short Stay and Premium Short Stay parking options. Any tokens taken for these car parks will be required for exit.

What time do the food and drink outlets open?

The food and drink outlets open 3 hours before the first flight of the morning.

How is disruptive and drunken behaviour managed at the airport?

We support the One Too Many campaign to tackle disruptive behaviour through a voluntary Code of Practice. Passengers deemed unfit to fly may be denied boarding, prison sentences, fines and airline bans.

When should I arrive at the airport?

We recommend allowing plenty of time to arrive at the airport, check in, and pass through security. While it’s best to check with your airline for their specific guidance, we strongly advise arriving at least 2 to 3 hours before your scheduled departure time. Please be aware that arriving at the airport less than 2 hours before departure is at your own risk. Additionally, security screening closes in line with the check-in closure time for the final scheduled departure of the day.

Should I put my airport arrival time or time I expect to be at security?

The time stated when booking should when you expect to enter security. This helps us to manage the availability of the service and we recommend you arrive at the scheduled time ahead of your flight as stated by your airline.

What are the parking bay dimensions?

Our parking bays are the following size: Premium Short Stay: Width 2.7m and Length 5m All other car parks: Width 2.4m and Length 4.8m If your vehicle is larger than this, please contact customercare@lba.co.uk to discuss other options.

I have lost my luggage, what do I do?

All missing bag enquiries should be directed to your Airline or their associated handling agent.
