Do I still have to go through the security checks?

All passengers are subject to the same security checks when accessing the security area.

Can I amend or cancel my car park booking?

If you have pre-booked your car parking on this website (leedsbradfordairport.co.uk), amendments and cancellations can be made up to 72 hours before the entry start time and date of your original booking, unless you purchase cancellation protection, which allows amendments and cancellations up to 1 hour before the scheduled arrival time. Full details about cancellations and amendments to pre-bookings for car parking can be found in our Terms and Conditions, which include the additional terms that apply to Meet and Greet or Viking Airport Parking.

Are the lounges wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the lounges are accessible to wheelchair users.

How do I edit my car registration number for my parking booking?

As long as your booking is still in the future (minimum of 24 hours before arrival), you can edit your car park booking personal and vehicle details (including registration number) on the Manage my booking page. If arriving within 24 hours, please proceed to the Airport as normal and upon arrival at the entry barrier, please press the help button and quote your booking reference number. The friendly car park team will be able to assist.

I've taken a wrong turn, what should I do?

Should you find yourself unintentionally driving a vehicle on the one-way access road to LBA’s Terminal Front, please approach the entry barrier of either LBA’s Pick-up Drop-Off or Premium Short Stay car parks, transit through and press the help/call button on the exit barrier. Our car park team will be able to assist you in locating your booked car park. Do not stop on any of the access roads, please enter the nearest car park to seek help.

Are the airport lounges for adults only?

Only the 1432 Runway Club is for adults only. Supervised children are welcome in one of our lounges as per the below, but bookings must be made by persons aged 18 years or over. Infants are permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge only. Children (over 3) are also permitted in the Yorkshire Lounge. The 1432 Runway Club is strictly for persons 16 years and older.

Can I book a table at a bar or restaurant at the airport?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer table reservation at the airport due to the busy nature of our food and drink outlets.

I have a medical condition and need to keep my medication cold. What can I use to keep these cool in hand luggage?

If you have a medical condition in which you must keep your medication cold, approved cooling gels and frozen ice packs can be used. Please be aware you will be asked to confirm the need to keep items cool in the form of either a letter from a medical practitioner, medical company, or the official label of medication. Any other form of frozen substance such as frozen water in drinks bottles, ice cubes, or anything else which has not been approved, is not permitted. Please contact the customer care team before travel if you are unsure about what you wish to travel with.
