I have lost my luggage, what do I do?

All missing bag enquiries should be directed to your Airline or their associated handling agent. This depends on which Airline you have flown with:

 Jet2 – email LBABaggage@jet2.com or call their customer services on 0113 2387334 

For all other Airlines – contact Swissport your Airline’s handling agent. Please email lba.pax@swissport.com
