Aer Lingus: Win a Belfast break terms and conditions

Aer Lingus Terms & Conditions:

• Original voucher must be submitted in exchange for e-tickets.
• This competition is not open to employees of Leeds Bradford Airport, Stobart Air, Aer Lingus, Titanic Hotel Belfast, Titanic Belfast or any person directly or indirectly connected with the competition or family members of any of these persons. 
• Entry is open to all UK residents over 18 years of age. 
• There will be one prize-winner only and the prize is two return tickets from Leeds Bradford to Belfast with Aer Lingus, operated by Stobart Air.
• Passengers must book to travel together on the same outbound and return flights.
• The prizes are non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash or other prizes. 
• Seat availability is at Stobart Air’s discretion. While every effort will be made to facilitate your preferred travel dates bookings are subject to applicable seat availability on flights. Furthermore please be aware that weekend availability is limited and a minimum of 14 days advance booking request is required.
• Travel must be booked and completed before the expiry of the validity date and may be subject to certain date and time exclusions.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Due to a cancellation, no refund will be given. EU 261 compensation cannot be claimed in the event of disruption as this flight has been given as a reward.
• No compensation will be given in case of delays. Passengers must ensure they have correct travel documents to travel and have adequate travel insurance.
• Once the tickets are issued any changes or amendments will be subject to administration fees and in some instances may not be permitted.
• No correspondence will be entered into. 
• Leeds Bradford Airport’s decision is final. 
• Only one entry per household can be accepted. 
• The closing date for the competition is 1st October 2020.
• The winner may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this competition.
• Insofar as permitted by law, Stobart Air and Leeds Bradford Airport will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Stobart Air or Leeds Bradford Airport, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. The competition is governed by English law and participants submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

 Sponsored short break (Accommodation - Titanic Hotel Belfast, Attraction: Titanic Belfast) Terms & Conditions:

• Winner entitled to accommodation prize of one standard twin/double room for two nights for 2 people on a bed & breakfast basis at the Titanic Hotel Belfast and 2 tickets to Titanic Belfast
• Leeds Bradford Airport to co-ordinate the flights and accommodation
• A minimum of four weeks’ notice required for the arrangement to be put in place.
• The prizewinner must contact Leeds Bradford Airport with dates to secure accommodation and flights.
• Accommodation is subject to availability, Sunday - Thursday and excludes UK/Irish Bank Holiday Periods – travel to be completed by 1st April 2021.
• Tickets for Titanic Belfast must be booked in advance via competitions@titanicbelfast.com
• The prizewinner must claim the prize within 28 days of notification.
• Prizewinner and guest must travel on the same itinerary.

• Prize not redeemable for cash, exchangeable for any other service or cash offered in lieu of unused elements of the prize.
• No show or cancelling the arrangement invalidates the prize.
•  Any changes made after the arrangement has been confirmed will be at the expense of the prizewinner. Travel tickets are non-refundable for cancellation and variable change fees apply.
• Travel Insurance not included.
• Prize is as described and arranged as one package – elements of the arrangement cannot be used separately or individually (e.g. using flights for one date and accommodation for another). The prize is valid until 1st April 2021

• The closing date for the competition is 1st October at 23:59 GMT.
• Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
• Entrants must enter details onto the webpage in order to enter for the prize draw

• Personal data supplied during the course of this competition may be passed on to third party suppliers where required for the fulfilment of the prize.
• This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. You are providing your information to Leeds Bradford Airport and not to Facebook, Instagram or Twitter. The information you provide will be used for this competition only. • No responsibility is accepted for entries which are lost, corrupted or otherwise not successfully completed or for any failure to capture entry information.
