Madeira, Portugal - Flight time: 4h
Often referred to as ‘the floating garden’, the picturesque island of Madeira is in bloom all year round. Its location off the coast of Morocco offers perfect weather to unwind, as mild temperatures throughout winter supply plenty of vitamin D which releases serotonin, the ‘happiness hormone’.
The city of Funchal provides a combination of thrill-seeking sport and quiet corners for relaxation, so an enjoyable visit is guaranteed for all.
Lapland, Sweden - Flight time: 3h 30m
Take well-being to the wilderness, and explore the magical landscapes of Lapland, where age-old cultures and tranquillity go hand-in-hand. Cypriot food is known to be very healthy, as locals pride themselves on using seasonal ingredients. Don't forget to soak up some history and take in ancient sites including Roman amphitheatres or Aphrodite’s Rock on foot or by bike.

Rome, Italy - Flight time: 2h 50m
A city guaranteed to leave you smitten and wanting more, Rome is best explored on foot at your own pace - making it the perfect place to relax. In Vatican City, you'll find St Peter’s Basilica, the largest church in the world- if you take on the 551 steps to the top of the cupola you'll find a wondrous view of the city.
Wander up cobbled streets and toss a coin into Trevi Fountain, before paying a visit to the Rome Colosseum, best explored at sunset.
All that’s left to do is make it to the airport, where we offer convenient parking, security fast-track, and three luxurious lounges; rest and retreat begin at Yorkshire’s Airport.
Parking
Our on-site car parks offer space on the terminal doorstep, so you can get from car to plane with ease.
For winter, we recommend our Short Stay or Premium Short Stay car parks, which are closest to the terminal.
