Not to worry. Check that the email is not in junk or any other folders in your inbox. We can resend your confirmation – just login to your account to request one or contact customercare@lba.co.uk.
Simply click the Resend my confirmation button on the Manage booking page after checking your email details are correct to request one online.
We recommend our customers add bookings@book.lba.co.uk to their safe senders list to help delivery of future email confirmations.
