Are dogs and other animals allowed in the airport?

Assistance animals are allowed in all areas of the terminal. No other animals are allowed airside (beyond security) in the terminal building unless they are transiting onto an aircraft.

Dogs are permitted within the landside area of the terminal providing they are on a lead and do not enter the café servery or seating area.

LBA accepts registered assistance animals if travelling on approved airlines and routes, as part of the Pet Travel Scheme.
